What You'll Do:

• Lead and oversee systems analysis, application design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation for projects of varying complexity.
• Provide technical leadership on complex initiatives while coordinating and mentoring less experienced team members.
• Develop technical and functional specifications, project estimates, technical plans, system documentation, and detailed test plans.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, development, vendors, and business teams to evaluate solutions, improve processes, and support strategic technology objectives.
• Identify opportunities for new technologies, process improvements, risk mitigation, and application enhancements while ensuring development standards and regulatory requirements are followed.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in analysis/application development
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in coordinating between Applications and business units.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in recommending and implementing systems solutions.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in driving project milestones and delivery dates.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in ACI Wordlwide Postilion
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Debit/ATM/POS transaction Processing
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in SQL Server and Mainframe integration

• Associates Degree
• Familiar with application development software and hardware platforms.
• Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent project management, word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Capable of working on multiple projects of a complex nature.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to assist in issue resolution.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with prior experience presenting to the target audience.

• Subject matter expert in business with knowledge or experience utilizing application/system being supported.

• Advanced knowledge and focus of the entire system to work on projects outside of normal business-as-usual (BAU).
