The Opportunity:
Capital Strategies is looking for a financial advisor with experience to join our team. We need someone who understands the financial services industry, has knowledge of insurance, investment, and retirement products, and can build relationships with our current and potential customers.
Compensation:$127,000 - $300,000+
Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of customers and offer financial advice tailored to their specific needs and objectives
Analyze customer financial situations and provide tailored financial services and insurance products
Develop customized financial plans for clients that are tailored to their specific goals and objectives
Monitor markets, research financial products, and stay updated with new developments in the financial sector
Provide customer service to current and potential MassMutual customers
Desired
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as finance, accounting, or economics
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the financial services industry
Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good knowledge of risk management and investment strategies
Nice-to-haves:
CFP certification
Knowledge and proficiency in the use of CRM software and financial data analysis tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Proficiency in MS Office
