Soliant is seeking a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time school-based position in Chicago Heights, Illinois for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This is an exciting opportunity to support students in achieving greater mobility, independence, and participation within the school environment. - 2026-2027 school year
- School-based setting

- Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct physical therapy services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Support students with mobility, motor development, and functional independence
- Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Active Illinois Physical Therapist license required
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
