What this seat offers: Book-transfer support — clean migration with marketing continuity Override structure on team production Access to 200+ wholesale lenders, NEXA Academy, and the NEXA Pro platform Co-branding with HCP for local Denver/Front Range authority OR national lane via dscr.homesteadcapitalpartners.com Senior-MLO compensation tier (highest in NEXA's tier ladder) Licensed in 47 states (excluding Massachusetts, New York, and Rhode Island).
