Job Summary Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in the state of Connecticut to work in the specialty area of Outpatient. Minimum Requirements One year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Outpatient. Current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice (Connecticut).
