Registered Nurse
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the City, ST area. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, support, and education, working in a fast-paced environment.
This is a 13-week contract position.
Full-time, Night shift.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
- Monitor patient health, including vital signs, and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care plans and health management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Required Experience:
The candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a hospital setting.
Certifications / Licensure:
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- BLS certification required.
