Job Description The Recruiter will have a focus on recruiting by screening applicants,scheduling interviews, and assisting managers with the interview process. Tosucceed in this role, you must be enthusiastic, able to speak to a high volumeof applicants daily and should be familiar with using HR software and datatracking tools. Cross training will include working with the local HR team to learn the dailyHR processes to include onboarding, benefits enrollments, record-keeping, filemaintenance, and HRIS entry. Ultimately, you should be able to contribute tothe attainment of specific recruiting goals and overall results of the HR department. Wage Range: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour Position Requirements Minimum1 year of recruiting and/or customer service experience preferred In-depthunderstanding of recruiting and sourcing tools Outstandingcommunication and interpersonal skills Abilityto handle data with confidentiality Knowledgeof human resources processes and best practices Goodorganizational and time management skills Consistentlyreport to work on time prepared to perform duties of position Demonstrateflexibility, adaptability, patience, and timely response to all requests Embracethe diversity of our work force and community and treat others withrespect without prejudice and bias Demonstrateeffective verbal and written communication that is clear andwell-organized Computerliterate; skilled in automated HR information systems, MS Word/Excel, ande-mail Stronganalytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills Demonstratedability to organize, plan, and manage workload and special projects.
