Overview Occupational Therapist role at Encompass Health. Base pay range: $35.00/hr - $62.00/hr Responsibilities Providing direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy. Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns. Building meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery. Contributing to positive patient outcomes and collaborating with a supportive team. Qualifications Current licensure or certification required by state regulations. CPR certification. Master 2s Degree preferred, or Bachelor 2s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
