Believes in value of diversity so we can reflect, connect and meet the diverse needs of our clients and employees around the world Line of Business Description: Global Credit Operations: Responsible for the fulfillment, servicing and protection of credit offerings for business banking, Global Wealth & Investment Management (GWIM), commercial and corporate clients as well as leasing and trade products. The Operations Consultant will work within the Commercial Leasing Client Services Department to assist clients with questions or issues regarding their leases and loans received via phone and/or email correspondence. Additional responsibilities include the resolution of complex problems including research and analysis work in a team environment. Required Skills: Minimum of 3 yrs of Customer Service experience Minimum of 2 yrs of financial services/product experience Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Exceptional verbal & written communication skills Critical Thinking & analytical skills Strong problem solving and organizational skills including ability to multi-task, prioritize and exhibit flexibility Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Team player & self-starter Risk Management Influencing Skills Strong technical skills Desired Skills: Working knowledge of commercial and business leases Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40 #J-18808-Ljbffr
