Automotive Sales Consultant

Job Description

The Autosaver Group is hiring Product Specialists for their Montpelier locations! If you enjoy working with people, learning about vehicles, and helping customers find the right fit, we want to hear from you.

As a Sales Consultant/Product Specialist, you will work directly with customers throughout the vehicle-buying process. You will learn our new and pre-owned inventory, vehicle features and technology, available options, and financing programs so you can confidently answer questions and help customers choose a vehicle that fits their needs.

This role is about more than just selling a vehicle. You will build relationships with customers, provide a friendly and straightforward buying experience, follow up throughout the process, and stay connected after the sale to encourage repeat and referral business.

Automotive sales experience is not required. Previous sales experience (in any industry) is a plus, but not required. We are looking for motivated, dependable people with strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude. We will provide the training and tools you need to learn the business and be successful.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or equivalent), a positive attitude, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world-class customer service. Successful candidates must be able to pass all Manufacturer tests and become a certified salesperson.
