Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs aimed at restoring and improving physical, social, and mental functions.
- Collaborate as co-leader within an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment protocols and expected outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment changes.
- Ensure compliance with departmental objectives and standards of care.
