Responsibilities: Represent clients in contested family law matters from commencement through resolution. Regularly appear in court for hearing, conferences, trials, and other legal proceedings Develop and execute litigation strategies designed to achieve favorable outcomes for clients Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other legal documents with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Effectively articulate legal concepts through strong verbal and written communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the court. Prepare cases for hearings and trial through thorough legal research, factual analysis, and strategic planning Maintain strong client relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, and clear communication Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff while utilizing the firm’s technology and established systems to efficiently manage cases Take ownership of assigned matters while continuing to develop litigation and trial advocacy skills Why Join Lawrence Law Office?
