The Residential Therapist will perform comprehensive psychosocial mental health assessments, develop and update treatment plans, deliver individual and group therapy, skills training, case management, and provide clinical supervision and oversight to residential direct care staff. The Therapist will demonstrate competence in leadership, oversight, staff development, service planning, coordination, utilization of community resources, and documentation in the EHR. The position requires maintaining compliance with productivity standards and EHR competency expectations. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Full Time, Day) What You’ll Make $6,000 – $7,250 per month. Additional 5% language differential offered for bilingual or multilingual candidates. What You’ll Need Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration with a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. MUST have completed two (2) years of post‑graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting to meet OAR requirement for QMHP. Unlicensed therapists MUST be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure. If not already registered as a QMHP through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO), we will assist you in registering within the first week of employment. Successful applicants MUST have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check. Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may require the ability to occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20 pounds.
