Full-Time PTA position In-house SNF/LTC rehabilitation department Supportive and collaborative therapy team Net Health documentation Competitive compensation Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents' independence and quality of life Team-focused environment that values quality care and great outcomes What You'll Do As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will: Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Help residents improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and functional independence Follow established plans of care and communicate resident progress with the supervising PT Accurately document treatments and progress using Net Health Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Educate and encourage residents throughout their rehabilitation journey Maintain compliance with facility, state, federal, and professional standards What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current or eligible Pennsylvania PTA license Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, positive, and team-oriented approach SNF/LTC experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates who are excited to grow in this setting Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care Ready for Your Next Opportunity?
