Assembler - 1st Shift

Ranew's Companies is seeking an Assembler to join our team in Milner, GA. Assemblers are responsible for assembling finished products according to customer specifications. Assemblers work under immediate supervision, relying on specific direction and instructions. Assemblers will be working with basic tools such as hydraulic wrenches and torque wrenches. Location: Milner, GA Salary: $14 - $17 / hour (starting pay is based on experience and shift) Job Type: Full‑Time | 1st Shift Benefits: Performance Bonus, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401K Weld metal components using the MIG welding process Able to operate hand grinders, band saw, handheld torch, plasma cutter, and other welding‑related tools Be able to lift heavy objects of 50‑100 lbs frequently Experience using overhead crane and forklifts to move heavy large objects Must be able to read a tape measure in standard and metric (Applicant will be asked to do so in the interview) Be able to read blueprints and weld symbols Able to take instruction from supervisor written or verbal Must work well with others in a fast‑paced production environment Inspect work for accuracy and defects Must be reliable with good time management Minimum 2 years of experience We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
