Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (1830–0700) | 36 Hours per Week | Ability to Pick Up Extra Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting during nightshift hours
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across varying acuity levels
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe and effective emergency care
• Maintain full availability for scheduling throughout the duration of the 13-week contract
• Ensure all requested time off is pre-approved and scheduled at the end of the contract period

Required Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license or multi-state compact license
• Verification of demographics through Nursys
• Completion of approved 6-hour suicide prevention training
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Current TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification
• Current NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with Meditech electronic health record system
• Prior experience as a travel or contract Emergency Department nurse
