Key Responsibilities Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations and team leadership Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and ensuring a positive experience Take and process customer orders using a point-of-sale (POS) system Prepare hot and cold subs according to Jersey Mike’s quality standards Operate kitchen equipment, including slicers, grills, and food prep tools Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout the restaurant Support the training and development of team members Help manage employee schedules and shift operations Address customer questions or concerns professionally Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety guidelines Qualifications Must be 18 years or older Previous experience in a restaurant, food service, or hospitality leadership preferred Strong communication and team leadership skills Energetic, dependable, and ethical work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Pay & Benefits $12 – $13 per hour + average hourly tip rate Benefits include: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Paid holidays Paid training Employee discounts Flexible scheduling Plus average hourly tips = increase your hourly rate even more Employment with the Company is contingent upon successful completion of lawful pre-employment checks, which may include a background check.
