The Young Womens Christian Association of the City of New York (YWCA NYC) is seeking a Group Leader to engage and supervise students in after-school programs. Responsibilities include providing homework assistance and developing positive relationships with participants and families. The ideal candidate has effective behavioral management skills and a commitment to social justice, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
