Job Title: Caregiver
At Healthcare Plus, we are dedicated to providing exceptional non-medical, non-CNA, healthcare services in McHenry County, IL. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our clients by offering compassionate care and support in the comfort of their own homes. We value integrity, empathy, and professionalism in our caregivers, who play a vital role in making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve.
We are currently seeking caring and reliable individuals to join our team as caregivers. As a caregiver, you will have the rewarding opportunity to assist our clients with daily activities, provide companionship, and ensure their well-being and safety. If you are passionate about helping others and making a difference in your community, we invite you to apply for this fulfilling position.
Key Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or Letter of Experience
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Previous experience in caregiving is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping tasks
- Accompany clients to appointments, and errand runs
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the care team
- Follow company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
