Physical Therapist/PTA (New Graduates Welcome)- Hoboken, NJWe are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist/PTA to join a fast-paced, collaborative outpatient clinic serving a highly active population. The clinic emphasizes individualized care, quality outcomes, and functional movement, working primarily with young, active patients recovering from sports-related and orthopedic conditions.· Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and sports-related conditions· Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans· Provide patient education focused on injury prevention, strength, and long-term mobility· Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals and fitness partners as appropriate· Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation· Participate in community outreach and clinic initiatives as needed· Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or PT degree from an accredited program· Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure· New graduates are encouraged to apply· Interest in sports rehabilitation, orthopedics, or performance-based therapy preferred· Competitive base salary: $80,000 - $90,000· Performance-based incentives· Health insurance options· CEU and licensure reimbursement· Supportive, team-oriented work culture
