Position Overview
The Director of Finance will be responsible for managing the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. This person will play a key role in guiding strategic decisions through data-driven financial insights, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and that growth remains sustainable.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide regular financial reports and insights to the CEO and leadership team for data-driven decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize profitability.
• Build and manage a finance team focused on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
