Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active MN Physical Therapy license required prior to the start of the assignment. Active ND Physical Therapy license required prior to the start of the assignment. Minimum 6 months of recent clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a skilled nursing facility setting. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Ability to meet productivity expectations: 85% productivity standard with volumes typically 10–20 patient visits per day. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in SNF environments with established caseload volumes. Previous travel therapy experience preferred. Assignment Details Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week with an 85% productivity standard. Schedule: Monday through Friday, five days per week. Patient volumes: approximately 10–20 visits per day. Weekend coverage: weekend shifts only when agreed upon and part of a planned schedule. Required to maintain both MN and ND licenses for coverage of nearby locations.
