Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) for Medical Surgical Neuro unit in Tallahassee, Florida. This position involves providing patient care in a fast-paced neuro-focused medical surgical environment. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Location: Tallahassee, Florida
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Florida or Compact license; AHA-BLS certification; NIHSS certification; at least 2 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in neuro; prior travel experience with at least one assignment; EPIC training during orientation with testing out options
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in neuro-specific clinical setting is highly preferred
• Float: Float rotation may be required. Travelers float first and will float to all units within the medical surgical division.
• Additional Information: Phlebotomy is an RN and PCT responsibility. When available, PCTs may assist. No holiday RTO or more than 7 consecutive days of RTO; if more than 4 days of RTO, will require manager approval. No travel pairs for Medical Surgical or Telemetry units unless specifically requested by the facility. Candidates with a Tallahassee address are ineligible.
