What You’ll Own Lead a high-performing team Hire, coach, and develop a team that delivers consistently exceptional experiences Create a culture of accountability, energy, and collaboration Provide real-time coaching that drives performance and morale Drive business performance Own store results, including revenue, KPIs, and profitability Set clear goals and rally the team to achieve them Identify opportunities to increase bookings, repeat visits, and local engagement Set the standard for service—every guest, every visit Step in to support escalations and ensure smooth operations Keep experiences running on time and at the highest quality Run best-in-class operations Maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional environment Manage schedules, labor, and daily operations efficiently Stay on top of reporting, audits, and compliance Own the tech experience Ensure all VR equipment and systems are running at peak performance Troubleshoot issues and guide your team through updates and launches Protect and extend the life of in-store technology What You Bring 3+ years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or operations Proven ability to lead teams and deliver strong business results Confidence working with KPIs, reporting, and operational data A hands-on leadership style—you’re not afraid to jump in when needed Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment You’ll Thrive Here If You… Lead with humility and accountability Care deeply about team success—not just individual performance Bring energy, ownership, and a solutions-first mindset Enjoy fast-paced environments where no two days are the same Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Occasionally lift up to 40 lbs and navigate stairs Comfortable handling basic tools for minor technical adjustments Why Sandbox VR?
