Retail Assistant Manager - Full-Time

Position Overview The Assistant Store Manager assists in the supervision of a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers looking and feeling their best. Supports development of leadership skills and acts as a sales lead, interacting with customers regularly and leading the customer experience with the store team. Strategizes to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately executes maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs) such as opening and closing the store. Handle opening and closing procedures and keyholder duties.
