Internal Revenue Agent (Sr. Program Analyst)

Duties

Leads the team in identifying, distributing and balancing workload and tasks among employees in accordance with established workflow, skill level and/or occupational specialization; adjusting accomplish the workload in accordance with established priorities to ensure timely accomplishment of assigned team tasks; and ensuring that each employee has an integral role in developing the final team product

Researches, learns and applies a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods to identify, assess, analyze and improve team effectiveness, efficiency and work products

Performs reviews of various TE/GE issue identification and compliance strategy programs against established strategic goals and identifies improvements to relative functional processes and systems to achieve targets, tracks, and updates data required to support the analyses or studies

Performs analysis and provides oversite and guidance in phases of TE/GE's Issue submission, issue identification, development, and compliance strategy processes

Develops automated, standardized management reports for TE/GE Examination and Rulings and Agreement functions to ensure consistency and accuracy
