Qualifications

• State License Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications ACLS. Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS.
• Certifications BLS. Willing to obtain allowed for BLS.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Cath Lab in last 3 years.
• Skills Assessment CAL skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of the health system in the past year.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of this facility or sister facilities in the past two years.
• Additional Confirmations 500 hours of experience at a Cardiothoracic surgical site or 500 hours of experience at a facility that performs more than 500 PCIs per year is required by Florida Statute.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.
