Position Overview: In complex compensation sales, the Solution Consultant is the person who proves the platform will work. While the Account Executive establishes the business value, the Senior Solution Consultant earns customer trust by leading discovery, designing tailored solutions, and delivering compelling demonstrations that solve real compensation challenges. HRSoft is hiring a Senior Solution Consultant to own the technical and solution win across new logo and expansion opportunities. Partnering with Sales, Product, and Implementation, you'll engage HR, Finance, IT, and executive stakeholders to demonstrate the value of our AI-enabled compensation platform. The ideal candidate is equal parts compensation expert, platform architect, and storyteller—someone who diagnoses before demonstrating, leads consultative conversations, and translates complex business needs into confident buying decisions. Key Responsibilities: Lead solution discovery to uncover the customer’s real compensation pain points — the workflows, exceptions, and politics behind the stated requirements. Design and configure tailored demonstrations that show customers their own problem, solved — not a generic product tour. Present dynamically to executive buying committees, reading the room and adapting in real time rather than following a script. Translate between business and technical audiences, partnering with Product, Engineering, and Implementation on integrations, data, security, and architecture. Scope integrations across HRIS, ERP / finance, and CRM, and frame how HRSoft becomes the compensation system of record. Own the technical thread of RFPs, security reviews, and proofs of concept. Handle hard domain and technical objections with credibility, turning tough questions into trust. Capture field insight and feed product priorities back to the Product team. Partner with consulting and HCM ecosystem partners on joint solutioning. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Hands-on experience configuring or demonstrating compensation or HCM software. Familiarity with integration patterns across HRIS, ERP / finance, and CRM systems. Experience supporting RFPs, security reviews, and proofs of concept. Experience working alongside consulting firms (Deloitte, EY, Mercer, WTW, Aon, Korn Ferry) or HCM platforms. Experience within a private equity-backed or high-growth SaaS environment. Presence, curiosity, and the ability to read a room are valued as highly as direct compensation-software experience.
