Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.Job DescriptionTurner & Townsend is seeking multiple Schedulers/ Planners to support complex, large-scale data center construction programs across several regional subregions. These roles require senior planning professionals with strong Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project expertise, critical path method scheduling capability, and the ability to communicate schedule risks, trends, and recovery options to project teams and senior stakeholders. *Must be able to travel / work onsite when needed (Atlanta, GA - Dallas, TX - Phoenix, AZ - Richmond, VA)Responsibilities: Lead integrated planning and scheduling support for large-scale data center construction projectsDevelop, maintain, and improve detailed schedules, milestone tracking, dependencies, resource assumptions, and schedule reporting outputsApply critical path method scheduling to assess schedule logic, identify trends, and communicate risks, impacts, mitigations, and recovery optionsPartner with client teams, project stakeholders, delivery partners, and contractors to align planning outputs with project execution needsManage multiple project schedules simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and timely reportingPrepare clear schedule updates for project leadership and senior stakeholders, adjusting level of detail based on the audienceSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicableQualifications7+ years of expert-level planning and scheduling experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft ProjectExperience supporting design and construction project management for medium-to-large capital programsBackground planning capital projects in the $500MM to $2B+ range, preferably in data center construction or related process-intensive industriesStrong knowledge of critical path method scheduling, schedule health analysis, and schedule risk identificationAbility to analyze EPC plans and schedules, identify trends, and clearly communicate mitigation strategiesDemonstrated ability to self-direct, solve problems, and operate effectively in a fast-paced project environmentStrong executive communication skills, including the ability to present detailed schedule data in concise leadership-ready summariesPreferred qualificationsData center design and construction delivery experienceSchedule risk analysis experience and familiarity with related planning toolsExperience supporting executive reporting, recovery planning, or schedule governance in complex capital programsAdditional InformationThe salary range for this full-time role is $140K-$170K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
