• Create excellent guest experiences: Ensure guests have an unforgettable experience with their favorite food items always available and a spotless store.
• Build teams and leaders: Recruit, train, and develop a diverse, people-focused team.
• Grow sales and manage inventory: Drive sales growth, manage inventory, and build strong vendor relationships.
• Operate with brand excellence: Maintain high standards and ensure the store is ready for any guest or inspection.
• Lead food safety and operations: Oversee food safety and operations, ensuring team members are ServSafe certified.

What we're looking for:

• Experience: 3-5 years in food service or retail management or equivalent.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (2-year college degree preferred).
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic business skills: Proficiency in business math, P&L analysis, and technology.
• Travel and physical stamina: Willingness to travel for training and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
