Location 117 Great Rd,Stow, MA, 01775,United States Base Pay $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 / Year Employee Type Full-Time Hourly Description Overview of Position Responsible for educating homeowners on water quality issues and providing customized water treatment solutions. This role involves in-home consultations, water testing, product demonstrations, and closing sales for systems such as water softeners, filtration, and purification equipment. Conducting Consultations: Engage with customers to assess their water quality issues and educate them about the benefits of our water treatment products. Solution Recommendations: Use your expertise to recommend the most suitable products and systems based on customer needs, ensuring a personalized and effective solution. Preferred Skills, Experience and Education Sales Experience: This is helpful, but we are willing to train the right individual. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present information and build rapport with customers. Results Driven: Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Availability: Open to working evenings and some weekends based on availability of our customers.
