This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in shaping how we win new business and formalize key partnerships. If you have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for persuasive, precise writing, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Draft, review, and manage contracts, proposals, and related legal or business documents Develop compelling RFP and RFQ responses tailored to client requirements Collaborate with operations, sales, and management teams to gather content and ensure accuracy Maintain a library of proposal templates, boilerplate language, and contract standards Proofread and edit documents for clarity, grammar, compliance, and consistency Track proposal deadlines and manage multiple submissions simultaneously Ensure all contracts and proposals align with company policies and industry regulations Requirements: Proven experience in contract writing, proposal writing, or technical writing Strong understanding of contract language, terms, and compliance requirements Excellent written communication and editing skills Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills Experience in the security services industry is a plus About Us: Central Security Service Bureau LLC is a trusted provider of professional security services based in White Plains, NY, with a reputation for reliability, integrity, and excellence.
