Job Overview Drury Hotels is hiring full‑time and part‑time Housekeepers at 1170 Powers Ferry Place, Marietta, Georgia. The Housekeeper will provide daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for guests and team members. Responsibilities Vacuum, mop, and polish floors in guest rooms and public areas. Change bed linens, towels, and replenish room supplies. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, windows, and other surfaces. Inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report issues to management. Assist guests with laundry, room amenities, and general requests. Maintain cleanliness of public spaces, including lobbies, hallways, and elevators, when necessary. Follow all hotel cleaning protocols and safety procedures. Work independently with minimal supervision while supporting team collaboration. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (2 years of post‑secondary education or higher). No prior housekeeping experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail and a customer‑focused mindset. Effective communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is an asset. Physical Requirements Walk and stand for the entire shift. Move, push, and pull equipment (e.g., vacuum, carts) as needed. Reach, stretch, and kneel comfortably during routine tasks. Lift and carry up to 35 pounds intermittently.
