As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will be at the forefront of critical care, providing life-saving treatment and compassionate support to patients in urgent need. Your expertise and quick thinking will be vital in ensuring positive outcomes in high-pressure situations.

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards
• Ability to float if needed

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Washington or active Multi-State license
• American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) or educational equivalent
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric course (ENPC)
• Need 1 year experience in setting
