About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team in Miami / South Dade. This hybrid role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, nurturing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Inside Sales:

• Proactively reach out to leads and existing customers via phone, email, and CRM tools.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Prepare and deliver quotes, follow up on proposals, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and promotions.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• From time to time, travel to or assist at other company warehouse locations as business needs require.

Customer Service:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and offering solutions.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to provide accurate information.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Proven experience in inside sales and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Execute the essential duties of the position, with or without accommodation.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the office and warehouse areas as needed.

As a Bilingual Inside Sales Customer Service Representative, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service in both English and Spanish. Your strong attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in processing orders and maintaining accurate records. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software will enable you to collaborate effectively with the sales team and identify new business opportunities. Additionally, your ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment will be critical in ensuring timely delivery to customers and driving revenue growth.
