Plano, TX 75074

M-F 8-5 w/ 1 hour lunch or 8-4:30 w/ 1/2 hour lunch - firm 8AM start time, no overtime

$17-18/hr

Skills:

• Organized
• Friendly and welcoming - first point of contact
• Multitasking
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• • Creativity in making Flyers, etc. is a plus
• Experience in setting up meetings in Outlook,
• Experience with ordering Catering
• Dependable and Punctual: able to be on time to work
• Good time management
• Work as a team. Communication is key between the candidate and the rest of the HR department
• Be proactive in clearing computer updates and asking to help with other tasks if not busy.

Responsibilities

• ‘Man’ the front desk.
• • Greet all guests and employees.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and transferring them quickly
  • Collect/Sort/Pass out/Scan incoming mail and packages
  • Set up welcome screen for guests (using PowerPoint)
• Prepare for Meetings
• • Confirm Meeting Room is reserved (or help reserve it for them)
  • Confirm with Host if food is needed
  • • Order Food if needed
  • Prepare badges and wifi (step by step guidance provided) for guests
  • Check in Guests
  • Ensure Meeting Rooms are clean/organized/stocked
  • Assist with Set up/Break down of company meetings and EAC events
• Employee Appreciation Committee
• • Attend monthly meetings
  • Help with set up and break down of events
  • Participate in events/speak with employees
  • Hang Flyers
• Keep Lobby and Waiting Room Clean/dusted/stocked
• Update Org Chart regularly
• Office Supplies – keep track of supplies, order when supply is low, make good decisions on ordering quality but cheap supplies
• Assist HR department or other departments with projects as needed (including sending out Wellness Plan postings/emails, Preparing Meeting Requests or flyers, etc)
