Sheet Metal Forming Specialist (CNC Brake)

Why this role- Own setups and production runs on CNC press brakes—your craftsmanship sets the standard.
- Translate drawings and specs into efficient tooling choices and accurate machine programs.
- Protect quality with first-article and in-process checks using industry-standard gauges.
- Drive throughput while maintaining documentation, safety practices, and consistency.
- Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment for scheduled jobs.
- Read drawings, work orders, and specifications to plan operations.
- Select/install punches, dies, and tooling matched to material and geometry.
- Load, adjust, and troubleshoot CNC programs and offsets.
- Execute first-piece and in-process inspections with calipers and micrometers.
- Maintain quality, safety, production, and documentation standards.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year experience in CNC press brake or comparable metal forming.
- Fluency in reading engineering drawings and tolerances.
- Hands-on experience with precision measurement tools.
- Comfort with shop math and problem-solving.
- Detail orientation and mechanical aptitude.
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Pay: $25–$28/hr + overtime
