Associate Director - Real Estate & Fleet

The Role We’re seeking an experienced Real Estate Manager (8+ years) to own our 11‑state, 100+ location corporate real estate portfolio and optimize our footprint. This individual will manage and oversee the structure of real‑estate deals and maximize financial or operational benefits, making recommendations to leadership. The role requires expertise in real‑estate transactions, strategy, financial analysis, negotiation, property and project management. Additionally, this position will manage a team overseeing fleet management of 1,200+ vehicles and growth, responsible for all fleet activities including vehicle acquisition, maintenance, titling, registration, insurance, fuel and toll management. Oversee operational aspects of the department, focusing on the day‑to‑day management of related initiatives. Compensation This role offers a competitive salary range based on national data; compensation may vary depending on location.
