Rehabilitation Technician Full-Time OpportunityBenchmark Therapies is looking for a full-time Rehabilitation Technician to join our therapy team at Asbury Bethany Village, a welcoming senior living community in Mechanicsburg. This would be a great fit for someone who enjoys staying busy, helping others, and being part of a team. As a Rehab Tech, you'll work alongside our physical, occupational, and speech therapy team to help keep the department organized and create a positive experience for the residents we serve.What You'll Do:Help keep the therapy department organized and running smoothlyPrepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessionsAssist with preparing residents for treatment under the direction of the therapy teamClean and maintain therapy equipment and treatment spacesHelp with patient files, paperwork, scheduling, phone calls, emails, and other administrative tasksMonitor supplies and assist with supply requestsMaintain resident privacy and confidentialityProvide a friendly and helpful presence for residents, families, and team membersPitch in where needed to support the day-to-day needs of the therapy departmentWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalentDependable, organized, and comfortable managing several tasks throughout the dayFriendly and patient approach when working with older adultsStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsBasic computer, phone, and administrative skillsWillingness to learn and participate in trainingAbility to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and perform regular physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and kneelingWhat We Offer:Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and six paid holidays401(k)Life, disability, accident, and critical illness coverageContinuing education and training opportunitiesA supportive team environmentInterested?
