The Sales Associate role focuses on supporting business-to-business (B2B) sales efforts by providing excellent customer service, maintaining product knowledge, and facilitating smooth sales transactions. Although advancement opportunities within the sales team are limited, this position offers valuable experience in customer engagement and upselling strategies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to B2B clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions
- Identify opportunities for upselling to increase revenue
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in business-to-business sales
- Associate Degree in Business or related field
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail in all aspects of work
