Responsibilities Collaborate with wait staff to ensure that tables are cleared, cleaned and waiting for the next party. Assist in washing dishes in the kitchen if staff gets behind during the busier times of day. Arrange tables for large parties and prepare the banquet hall for scheduled gatherings. Monitor the tables and alert servers if guests need refills. Requirements Ability to lift 20 pounds; may stand for extended periods of time. The ability to quickly make coordinated movements of one hand, a hand together with its arm, or two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects. The ability to exert muscle force repeatedly or continuously over time. This involves muscular endurance and resistance to muscle fatigue.
