Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Drive new business through proactive sales, networking, and client relationship management.

• Educate individuals, families, and business owners on comprehensive insurance coverage options.

• Deliver personalized solutions to meet client needs at the best possible value.

• Meet and exceed sales goals in a supportive and entrepreneurial environment by developing sales through provided leads and asking for referrals.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven track record in insurance sales

• Be prepared to discuss your numbers, such as calls per day and closing ratio.

• Active General Lines Property and Casualty license in Texas.

• Willing to obtain the Life and Health (already having this is preferred)

• Self-motivated professionals with excellent communication skills.

• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-performance culture.
