Service Porter

Dealership: L0110 BMW Seattle BMW Seattle Service Concierge Pay will start at $21.30 per hour. Schedule is 3 shifts, 13 hours each on a rotating basis. We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Successful candidates will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak service periods. Department Hours: Monday-Saturday 6 am to 6 pm, closed on Sunday. This position is onsite in downtown Seattle WA and reports to the Assistant Service Manager. What You'll Do You will operate several types of cars, light trucks, and vans, with the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions. You will help us earn customers for life by creating welcoming and trust worthy experiences for our customers. You will wash BMWs and organize vehicles within the dealership. You will support the service department with parking logisics. What You'll Bring Prior customer service or automotive experience Previous dealership experience is ideal but not required Be able to navigate technology with ease Be passionate about the BMW brand and desire to be in the auto industry as a career path Professional in appearance and communications Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence Total Rewards The earning range for this role is $21.30 to $23 hourly. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
