Unlike standard phone sales roles where you call the same worn-out lead sheet forever, our fast-paced model changes prospect lists every 23 weeks. You'll spend your days introducing local businesses to direct-mail advertising opportunities in vibrant micro-communities across 24 states.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day

• High-Volume Outreach: Make 5060+ outbound calls per day to local business owners and decision-makers.
• AI-Assisted Lead Generation: Utilize quick AI prompts and research tools provided by our team to swiftly build and enrich fresh call lists for new geographic assignments.
• Close Local Ad Sales: Pitch direct-mail advertising spaces, educate business owners on ROI, and secure ad contracts.
• In-Office Collaboration: Work directly from our St. Louis office with real-time support from our experienced team.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Set Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Designed to accommodate convenient commute times). Will negotiate hours if slight changes are needed for school hours for working parents.
• Workplace: 100% In-Office at our St. Louis headquarters.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay / Draw & Commission: Guaranteed baseline stability through our Draw program, combined with uncapped commission on cash-in sales.

Performance Bonuses: Additional incentive pay for meeting monthly and assignment sales targets.

This is a new part-time job style. Those in similar roles in this area have made total compensation of weekly Draw + Commission (uncapped) + Incentives; realistic first-year earnings of $28,000 - $34,000 for meeting standard production goals.

Qualifications

Experience: 1+ years of cold calling, telemarketing, inside sales, or high-volume customer outreach preferred (will train the right enthusiastic candidate!).

Tech Comfort: Comfortable using basic AI search prompts (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to find business info, along with basic proficiency in Excel, email, and web tools.

Mindset: High energy, persuasive, reliable, and comfortable making 5060 calls a day.

Requirements: Ability to work on-site at our St. Louis office during scheduled hours.
