Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Arlington, TX, 76001. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our machines operate efficiently and effectively. If you have a passion for precision and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Set up and operate various types of machinery according to specifications.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
Assist in training new operators as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
