We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I to support manufacturing operations by assisting with process improvements, production support, and engineering initiatives. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong technical foundation who are eager to develop their skills in a manufacturing environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day manufacturing operations and troubleshoot production-related issues.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, production, and other cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, work instructions, and process records.
• Assist with equipment validation, process qualification, and continuous improvement activities.
• Analyze production data and recommend process enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 0 years of relevant experience, OR
• Associate's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience, OR
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship, co-op, or prior experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, or production equipment is a plus.
