What You’ll Do - Prospect and develop new business within your territory. Build relationships with executives, finance, IT, and operations leaders. Uncover challenges and recommend efficiency-driven solutions. Present consultative sales solutions and services. Maintain an active, healthy sales pipeline. Conduct in-person meetings and executive-level presentations. Partner with internal teams to deliver strong customer outcomes. Own your territory, results, and success
Who You Are - You’re competitive, self-driven, and comfortable starting conversations with new prospects. You communicate confidently in person, follow through consistently, and stay energized by challenges and results. You likely have: 1 +year of B2B sales experience with 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience preferred. Background in consultative or solution-based sales (technology, SaaS, services, telecom, payroll, logistics, etc.) preferred. Proven success prospecting and closing new business. CRM and pipeline management. Ability to travel within your territory
Compensation - Base salary + uncapped commission + bonuses. Car allowance, benefits, and advancement opportunities. OTE 1st year $90k-$100k+, Year 2 and beyond $120k++ with the ability to make $200k+.
