Onboarding Coordinator Lead

The Onboarding Coordinator Lead leverages expertise in guiding people and onboarding processes to ensure exceptional service delivery and adherence to organizational standards. This role focuses on conducting accurate performance audits, facilitating team calibrations, and providing coaching to drive continuous improvement. By serving as a subject‑matter expert and collaborating across teams, the Lead maintains operational excellence, supports workforce oversight, and enhances new patient referral experiences through effective communication and leadership. Responsibilities Conduct thorough and accurate audits of employees’ performance through remote monitoring. Collaborate and provide consultation across teams to ensure quality standards are met and enforce quality program guidelines. Ensure proper calibration and audit schedules are completed based on interaction type standards. Provide input and status updates regarding quality processes and results regularly. Engage with and reassure members, modeling successful behaviors and providing coaching to team members. Participate in weekly calibration sessions. Maintain a supportive attitude toward leaders, colleagues, and stakeholders. Lead and monitor a chat for team questions. Provide weekend and evening coverage as needed. Schedule and connect patients to Onboarding Specialists for medication reviews. Identify work expectations and quality standards within defined parameters. Assist in workforce oversight by monitoring Finesse and Call Queues. Take incoming calls during high volume periods and conduct health and medication reviews. Achieve key performance metrics set by management. Maintain and prepare accurate reports. Participate in relevant training and assist in training and shadowing. Embody AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactions. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Previous sales, marketing, or customer service experience. Preferred: outbound/inbound call center or scheduling experience including cold calling. Preferred: Experience managing, mentoring, and training frontline teams. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment with agility to change and ambiguity. Strong analytical, oral and written communication, and facilitation skills. Knowledge of quality concepts, terminology, and objectives; experience monitoring call quality. Ability to provide targeted, actionable feedback and manage metrics and objectives. Self‑management, prioritization, and keen attention to detail. Solution‑oriented with enterprising thinking. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Physical and mental demand capable of hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, walking, and extended hours as needed.
