What You’ll Do: Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and support to BTs/RBTs Conduct assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Oversee implementation of treatment plans and ensure clinical integrity Analyze data to guide treatment decisions and maximize outcomes Provide parent and caregiver training for skill generalization Design and adapt individualized programs based on client progress What You Bring: Master’s degree in ABA or a related field Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB Experience working with children in behavioral health and/or special education Strong data collection, analysis, and clinical decision‑making skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
