Cadillac of Mesquite is hiring experienced, high-performing Service Advisors who are ready to take control of their income and grow with a thriving Service Center. If you're motivated by commission, customer interaction, and career advancement, this is the opportunity for you.
As a customer-facing, sales-driven role, our Service Advisors build trust with guests, confidently recommend maintenance and repair services, provide transparent pricing, and partner closely with Technicians to deliver an exceptional service experience-while maximizing their earning potential.

Employee Qualification Requirements
- Flexible availability to maximize commissions
- Proven sales experience (automotive preferred)
- Tech-savvy and efficient with customers
- Quick learner, ready to produce fast
- Physically active throughout the day
- Strong communicator who drives revenue
Role Responsibilities
- Sell & Close: Present service recommendations and pricing that build trust and drive revenue
- Earn More: Accurately manage repair orders, paperwork, and warranties to support strong commissions
- Upsell Smart: Recommend additional maintenance to increase repair orders and earnings
- Manage Flow: Schedule appointments and create accurate repair orders and estimates
- Support Customers: Coordinate loaners and transportation to protect CSI and repeat business
